Common Repair Methods

• Pressed concrete pilings: cylinders pressed under the slab until they meet resistance. A common, lower-cost option.
• Steel push piers: driven deeper toward load-bearing strata. Usually costs more per pier.
• Polyurethane foam: fills voids and lifts small areas.

Plumbing leaks under a slab can cause movement too, so ask whether a plumbing test is recommended before repairs.
