East Texas Foundation Guide is a free referral and information service. We are not a foundation repair contractor or engineer and don't perform, supervise or guarantee any work. Contractors we refer you to are independent businesses. They set their own prices, warranties, licensing and insurance, and are solely responsible for their work. We may receive a fee from contractors for referrals.
Content on this site is general educational information, not professional engineering advice. Cost figures are national estimates. For structural decisions, consult a licensed professional engineer.
Verify any contractor's credentials, insurance, warranty and written estimate before hiring.
This site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any damages arising from use of this site or from services provided by contractors.
